Jason, Matt, Ashley, Lewis and Mike (L-R)
Introducing our installation team. Led by two of our Directors, Mike and Jason, the team brings over 25 years of combined industry experience. Mike specialises in wood and carpet flooring, while Jason’s expertise lies in LVT. Together, they lead a highly skilled group of specialists who share a core belief: flooring is only as good as the preparation beneath it. Every member of our team is fully trained in subfloor preparation, ensuring strong foundations and flawless finishes. While all team members are capable across every installation discipline, each also has their own specialist area of flooring.
Lewis, who achieved his NVQ with us, continues to expand his expertise in both LVT and wood flooring, creating beautifully detailed border work and striking design-led floors. Ashley, one of our original team members, has developed a strong specialism in LVT. Most recently, Matt joined the team as a Master Carpet Fitter, bringing exceptional craftsmanship, extensive knowledge, and advanced skills in wood flooring. The stair runners Matt creates are truly stunning.
Together, Team Trio is renowned for outstanding border work, bespoke LVT designs tailored to each client’s style, and beautifully crafted stair runners that deliver a genuine wow factor in any home.

Our showroom is located in Medmenham, where our dedicated office and showroom team Lisa, Amanda, and Michelle play an integral role in the day-to-day running of Trio Flooring. They are the first point of contact for both our customers and brand partners, providing essential support throughout the entire process.
Just like our installation team, each member of the showroom team brings their own area of expertise. Amanda is a trained management accountant, bringing strong organisational and financial skills. Michelle, with her background in retail, excels in customer service and communication. Lisa, the third Trio director, brings years of industry experience and leadership to the team.
Together, they offer a wealth of knowledge to help guide you through choosing the right flooring and understanding the installation process—ensuring your experience with Trio is smooth, informed, and enjoyable.
